He is one of the youngest entrepreneur and trainer in India. He has trained over 10,000 people and counting. He has trained a wide spectrum of people of various domains such as Police officers, corporate employees, Teachers, Politicians, First generation entrepreneurs, Parents, Govt. personnel, Old age people, Social Clubs & Students of various Schools, Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, Teacher training Colleges, Orphanages, NGO's etc. He is a trainer by passion cum profession. He is the director of Training in a JCI LOM. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi. He is also pursuing his Master of Science in Counseling and Psychotherapy.  

Rajdeep Dutta: Co-Founder & Director

He is one among the founders of the company. He was instrumental in completing a big hospitality project of the company and a key player in business development initiatives of the company. He holds a degree in electrical & electronics engineering from Mepco schlenk engineering college, sivakasi and pursuing his masters in safety engineering.
